These terms apply when you use the FreeReport library, the Windows print agent and freereport.app, and when you buy a FreeReport license. By installing or using FreeReport you agree to them.

1. Company

2. Licenses

• Personal, educational and non-commercial use is free, with every feature and no key.
• Use by or for a company, organization or public body (internal systems, products you sell, client sites) needs a company license per domain. Development hosts (localhost, private network addresses, .local, .test) need no key.
• A key covers the named domain and its www address. Other subdomains are named one by one, or all at once as *.example.com.
• An annual license is valid until the expiry date in the key and must be renewed to keep using it. A perpetual license never expires and includes the versions released within one year of issue.
• "+ Windows" licenses include the right to use the Windows print agent (silent printing).
• A key is bound to the domains named at purchase and is not valid elsewhere.

3. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

FreeReport is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of being error-free. To the extent the law allows, the company is not liable for indirect or incidental damage or data loss from using FreeReport, and its liability is limited to the amount paid for the license concerned, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

4. Not allowed

• Reselling, transferring or sharing a key, or using it on domains it was not issued for
• Removing, bypassing or altering the license check

5. Orders and payment

Korean card payments are made with the company and processed by Toss Payments. The amount is the number of domains × the price per domain, plus 10% VAT. An annual license paid by card is not charged again automatically. Bank-transfer orders are issued once the payment arrives, with a tax invoice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

8. Changes

The company may change these terms; changes are posted on this page with a new date.
