Windows Print Agent
Versions of the optional FreeReport Print Agent for Windows (silent printing). The latest is v1.1.0; installed agents update themselves. Download the latest installer
- Automatic updates: checks for a new version 30 seconds after start and every 6 hours, installs silently when no print job is running and restarts itself
- Update files are installed only after the size, SHA-256 and code signature (Second Korea Co., Ltd.) all check out
- Settings > About shows the current and latest version, an automatic update switch, a Check now button and the last check result
- Version shown in the tray tooltip and menu; an "Install update" menu item when automatic updates are off
- GET /v1/status adds updateAvailable, latestVersion and outdated
- Update attempts are logged to %APPDATA%\FreeReport\update-log.jsonl
- First release: a Windows tray program that prints PDFs straight to a chosen printer without a print dialog
