1. 14-day refund

New and renewed licenses (annual, perpetual, with or without Windows) are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of payment. No reason needed.

2. How to ask

• Email [email protected] with your order number, or your company name and domains.
• Card payments are cancelled by us and return to the original card in 3–7 business days. Bank transfers are refunded to the account the payment came from.

3. After a refund

The license key is revoked, and FreeReport is no longer licensed on those domains.
