2nd Korea ("we") runs freereport.app and the FreeReport library and processes only the information described here.

1. What we process and why

• License applications: the company name, business number, domains, contact name, email, phone and notes you send, for quotes, invoices and keys. To stop repeated submissions the IP address is stored only as a one-way hash.
• Library usage reports: when FreeReport runs on a public domain, once a day, the domain, the page address without query string, the version and whether a license key is set. Used for licensing. We never receive report data or anything about that site's visitors.
• Admin sign-in: the admin email address and one-time codes (stored hashed, expire after 10 minutes).

Reports made in the demos and the designer, and the PDF and Excel files you download, are created in your browser and never sent to our servers.

2. Cookies

Only an admin sign-in cookie (fr_admin, 12 hours). No advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Retention

License applications and issued licenses for the period required by law. Usage reports are kept as per-domain totals.

4. Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database, email). Data may be stored or transferred outside Korea.
